Covid-19 Update (Monday November 23, 2020)
We are sorry to announce that a Unitas staff member has tested positive for COVID-19.
We have notified all young people and staff members that they have been in proximity to and advised them to follow government guidance around self-isolation and testing.
In-line with advice from Public Health England, the Youth Zone has closed for an immediate deep clean of the building.
We will re-open the building at 4pm on Wednesday 25th November and look forward to welcoming everyone back as soon as we can.
We will be contacting all those who have booked sessions between today and Tuesday to inform them of our closure, and will aim to book them alternative sessions once the building has re-opened.
Until then we will continue to deliver activities and challenges via our Social Media Channels (@unitasyouthzone) as part of the Youth Zone At Home initiative.
The safety of our young people, staff, volunteers and the wider community is our number one priority and anyone who has queries regarding policy, protocols and procedures should email reception@unitasyouthzone.org
