How do I become a member?
Joining Unitas is easy. You can sign up HERE or in person at our Reception
What if my child has additional needs?
On the membership form you should select this option and then fill out an “All About Me” form so we can best understand how to support your child. Our Inclusion Coordinator will then be in touch – please wait for her to contact you before coming for your first session
How much does it cost to join?
Membership is just £5 per year and each visit costs 50p. This small fee helps us provide a safe, welcoming space for everyone
What age do you have to be to join Unitas?
Our Junior sessions are for ages 8–12, Senior session are for ages 13–19, and up to 25 for those with additional needs, and our Limitless sessions are for our members aged 8-25 with additional needs and their families
Can I visit before I join?
Yes! You’re welcome to come and have a look around. Speak to our Reception team to arrange a quick tour
What’s included in my membership?
Your membership gives you access to more than 20 activities every session (50p per visit), a hot meal for £1, and support from our incredible youth workers

What time does Unitas open and close?
Juniors (Ages 8-12)
With exciting spaces like our gym, music studio, art room, sports hall and more, we help young people build confidence, develop new skills and discover their passions in a safe and supportive environment surrounded by positive role models.
Wednesdays 4pm – 8pm
Saturdays 10am – 2pm
Seniors (Ages 13-19, up to 25 with SEND)
Our young people do more than have fun, they build skills and prepare for their future, through our employability workshops or tailored projects and programmes. They can also enjoy exciting trips that broaden their horizons.
Mondays 4pm-6:30pm (Level-Up)
Tuesdays 4pm-9pm
Thursdays 4pm-9pm
Fridays 4pm-10pm
Saturdays 5pm-9pm
Limitless (Ages 8 – 25 with SEND)
Our Youth Zone is accessible for young people with SEND, offering inclusive spaces like our Sensory Room to build confidence and skills in a safe environment. Supported by a dedicated team who provide care, encouragement and engaging activties. Parents/carers and siblings are also welcome.
Sundays 10am – 2pm
Level-Up (13–19 / up to 25 SEND)
Why not try our targeted sessions, focused on building practical skills, confidence and independence through structured activities, challenges and smaller group programmes.
Monday 4pm – 6:30pm
Girl Zone (Year 7–age 19 / up to 25 SEND)
Girls Zone is our Girls Only session and a space where young women and girls can be yourself, feel safe and have fun. Find your people, try new things and build confidence in a way that feels right for you.
Saturdays 2pm – 5pm
We’re open seven days a week, including evenings and weekends. Please note there are occasional changes to the schedule and follow us on social media.
Do I need to book sessions in advance?
No booking is required for regular sessions – just turn up, swipe your card, and join in. We do encourage Juniors to book to speed things up at Reception. Holiday Club sessions do require booking - we cannot guarantee a place if you show up on the day
What types of activities are available?
There’s something for everyone – from sports and climbing to cooking, music, arts, gaming, and creative workshops
Are activities the same every week?
Some are regular favourites, but we also change things up often, so there’s always something new to try
Holiday Club
What is the Unitas Holiday Club?
Our Holiday Club runs during school holidays and offers fun, active days filled with games, trips, workshops, and themed events
Do I need to book in advance?
