Start your boxing journey with Unitas Amateur Boxing Club
Unitas Amateur Boxing Club is an England Boxing affiliated club since 2023. This means that our club operates under the official governing body for amateur boxing in England, allowing our boxers to compete across the country, and if they are good enough, internationally and all the way to the Olympics.
Since opening the club, our boxers have competed in countless events, box-cups and championships. We have achieved good results, having had two boxers winning the Capital Cup in 2024 , and two London Developments Championships finalists in 2025 (this was our first time entering the Championships!)
All members of Unitas can attend our boxing provision, we have different types of sessions to meet the needs of everyone!
If you are interested in taking up boxing, we have the Unitas ABC Academy sessions, which are tailored to beginners and novices. The coaches will help you develop your technique and fitness to a decent level. Once the coaches are happy with your development you will be able to join the Unitas ABC sessions.
Unitas ABC ACADEMY sessions are held:
Seniors: Tuesday 20:00-20:45 Thursday 20:00-20:45 Friday 20:00-20:45 Saturday 18:00-20:30
Juniors: Wednesday 17:15-18:15
Unitas ABC sessions are for boxers who compete, and are held :
Seniors: Tuesday 18:00-20:00 Wednesday 18:30-20:00 Thursday 18:00-20:00 Friday 18:00-20:00
If you would like to learn the art of boxing but are not interested in competing, we have intro level classes as well. These are held:
Seniors: 17:00-17:45 on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Juniors: 16:15-17:00 on Wednesday
There is a small fee of £30 per year to join Unitas ABC and if the coaches are happy for you to compete, it costs £25 for the yearly medical (£15/£20 in subsequent years). If you cannot afford these charges, please do speak to us – we will not allow finances to be a barrier.
