Director of Fundraising

Location: Unitas Youth Zone (76 Montrose Avenue, Edgware, HA8 0DT) with some hybrid working (1-2 days a week) supported
Salary: £61,000-£71,000 per annum, or pro rata

We are seeking a Director of Fundraising to lead our growing income generation department. You might be an existing Head of/Director or someone ambitious, hungry and driven looking to step up. You will need to build strong relationships with major donors and corporate partners.

Salary: £13.85 per hour. Saturday evening premium is £15.42 per hour
Hours: Up to 15.5 hours per week. Evenings and weekends

Sessional Youth Worker - Recreational/Youth Engagement and Activity Area

Location: Unitas Youth Zone, Burnt Oak, Barnet
Salary: £13.85 per hour. Saturday evening premium is £15.42 per hour
Hours: Up to 11 hours per week, evenings, and weekends. *Multiple positions available
You will be a Youth Worker committed to working with and creating positive relationships with young people, with an ice breaker, game, or challenge for every occasion. The “rec area” is the heart of the Youth Zone and you will be passionate about creating a fun, positive, challenging, and energetic environment, alongside facilitating conversations with young people to explore their views and express their opinions.

Sport and Fitness, alongside the Arts and Youth Work, are at the heart of Unitas’s programme for young people. The sports and outdoor programme at Unitas are wide-ranging and as a member of the Sports team, you will be key in ensuring young people have access to an exciting and engaging programme of adventurous activities that will be challenging, stimulating, fun, engaging and developmental. You will be involved in teaching the fundamentals of a single sport, or range of sports activities to young people, as well as facilitating taster sessions, competitions and challenges which build young people’s engagement, skills, and fitness levels. You will coach and develop teams and support volunteer sports coaches.
