What We Offer

Unitas Youth Zone is available for all young people aged 8-19, and up to 25 with additional needs

We deliver over 20 activities every day across sports and fitness, climbing, music, media, arts, cooking, employability and much more.

Our vision is that every member gets to learn, develop and grow with us.

Our state-of-the-art centre provides facilities that will blow your mind. They have to be seen to be believed! Feel free to come and visit any time for a free tour.

Unitas Youth Zone is open six days a week with sessions for all young people during the below hours:

Monday – CLOSED
Tuesday – Seniors: 4pm- 9pm
Wednesday – Juniors: 4pm-8pm
Thursday – Seniors: 4pm-9pm
Friday – Seniors: 4pm-10pm*
Saturday – Juniors: 10pm-2pm, Seniors: 5pm-9pm
Sunday – Limitless: 10am-2pm

*From Friday 16 May 2025 – we will be running split sessions on:

4pm – 6:30pm: Session for school years 7 to 9.

7pm – 10pm: Session for school years 10+ (maximum age 19 or 25 with additional needs)

In addition, during the school holidays, Limitless also runs:

Wednesdays 10am-2pm

In weeks where Holiday Club is running, it is on:

Mondays (except bank holidays), Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 8am-3pm or 6pm
