At Unitas we look to provide the young people with a range of activities that will help to boost your confidence, build friendships, and develop your sporting prowess. Our approach is to provide sports that allow us to implement a ‘try, train, team’ ethos. This means that every young person can try a new sport/physical activity, train to get better and be part of a team with others.

We regularly create teams across a range of sports, which train together and then take part in fixtures against other local teams.
We currently have a boy’s Seniors basketball team, a mixed Juniors football team, both boy’s and girl’s Seniors volleyball teams (in partnership with AST Volleyball) and we can card boxers through Unitas ABC.
